By downloading, installing, or playing Orbit Swing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must discontinue using and uninstall Orbit Swing from your devices.
These Terms constitute a legally enforceable agreement between you and the Orbit Swing development entity governing your access to and use of our mobile application.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable limited license to download and run Orbit Swing on authorized Apple iOS devices that you own or control.

All rights, titles, and interests in Orbit Swing—including but not limited to geometric Bauhaus graphic assets, user interface layouts, procedural audio synthesis engines, level designs, campaign stage architecture, animations, and source code—remain the exclusive property of the Orbit Swing development team and its licensors.
The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed in connection with Orbit Swing are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership or proprietary rights over any in-game assets.
Orbit Swing features virtual progression elements, including Star Dust collected through orbital navigation and unlockable cosmetic skins (such as Neon Core, Pulse Prism, and Quantum Singularity). All virtual items and currencies are earned exclusively through gameplay mechanics.
We reserve the right to rebalance, manage, modify, or eliminate virtual currency balances and cosmetic specifications at any time to preserve game balance and stability.
Orbit Swing is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
While we endeavor to provide consistent frame pacing and acoustic resonance precision, we do not warrant that gameplay will be entirely free from minor bugs, hardware incompatibilities, or system interruptions.
To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, neither the developers, contributors, nor affiliates of Orbit Swing shall be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to use the game.
Our aggregate liability for all claims arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you, if any, for purchasing or accessing the application.
We reserve the right to revise or replace these Terms at our discretion. Updated terms become effective upon publication. Your continued engagement with Orbit Swing following revised Terms denotes your affirmative acceptance.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith mediation or competent courts possessing jurisdiction.
