We believe in data minimization. The mechanics of Orbit Swing are architected around instantaneous local gameplay, real-time physics calculations, and procedural audio synthesis, ensuring seamless performance with responsible data practices.

To deliver smooth gameplay and maintain core application integrity, we process certain non-personal categories of information:

• Local Gameplay States: Stage progression across the 36 campaign orbits, high scores in Endless Void mode, star dust currency tallies, unlocked dynamic skins, and acoustic preference settings. These values are stored inside the local device sandbox.
• Technical Diagnostics: Anonymized runtime telemetry, including device model specifications, OS version numbers, display refresh rate capability, memory utilization metrics, and crash stack traces required to debug orbital physics stability.
• System Preferences: Haptic feedback triggers, synthesizer pitch tuning offsets, and custom audio mixing parameters retained locally to ensure continuous user convenience.

Attribution & Third-Party SDKs

To measure acquisition channels and optimize application stability, the game integrates recognized attribution and diagnostic SDKs (such as Adjust). When utilized, these technologies adhere strictly to Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT) policies.

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal identifiers to data brokers or advertising exchanges.

Storage Standards & Retention

Orbit Swing utilizes iOS isolated sandbox directories and encrypted Key-Value storage APIs. Local progress and preference files remain protected within the operating system boundary.

Diagnostic telemetry packets sent to backend infrastructure utilize industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3/HTTPS) encryption, protecting transmission against interception and unauthorized tampering.

Protection of Minors

Orbit Swing does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or under the applicable age of digital consent in relevant jurisdictions). The game contains no unmoderated open social chat rooms or public personal profile publishing features.

If you believe that any information regarding a minor has been mistakenly submitted, please reach out via our Help Center to request immediate investigation and deletion.

Your Choices & Control

You maintain full control over your interaction with Orbit Swing:

• Resetting Progress: You can purge local game records, reset high scores, and clear cached assets at any time via the in-app Settings menu or by reinstalling the app.
• System Permissions: You can toggle motion haptics, system audio permissions, and tracking consent directly in the iOS Settings application under Orbit Swing.
• Support Inquiries: You may request clarification regarding data processing standards at any time through our interactive support desk.

Modifications to This Policy
